A modern production and logistics property is being built on a site measuring approx. 20,000 m² in the Kassel-Niederzwehren district of Kassel. The new building will be constructed in accordance with the DGNB Gold Standard and complies with EU taxonomy.

Completion is scheduled for January 1, 2027.

The new building combines a total of approximately 11,000 m² of hall and office space in a multi-user building with two units.

Unit 1 has already been leased on a long-term basis: Rehadapt GmbH, a global specialist in mounting systems for assistive technologies, will move into the approximately 8,300 m² space in January 2027.
